Bruce Roberts, Attorney at Law

Bruce Roberts has spent most of the last 25 years of his legal career representing injured people. He specializes in representing people in automobile accidents, truck collisions, boating accidents, construction, industrial and oil field accidents as well as claims for unsafe products and equipment.

He is Board Certified in personal injury trial law. Only 3 percent of all attorneys in Texas are Board Certified in personal injury law. He is also recognized as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Civil Trial Advocacy and a member of the State Bar College of the State of Texas.

In addition to trying many lawsuits, Bruce has handled appeals before the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and is presently representing the parents of children allegedly injured by vaccines in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Bruce has co-authored manyl articles for seminars by law schools and at Texas Trial Lawyers' Association as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
