The United States Supreme Court has ordered a California appeals court to review its decision upholding an 82.6 million dollar Award to a woman who was paralyzed after her Ford Explorer rolled over. The Justices on the Supreme Court want the California court to review its decision to make sure it follows the a recent United States Supreme Court decision overturning a 79.5 million dollar Award...

Man Killed when His Car Crashes into Tree

A 74-year-old Tyler man is dead after his car crashed into a tree on Thursday, February 1st. Investigators say the man was in the 500 Bock of North Border when his vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a tree.Emergency crews transported the driver to Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The car accident is still under investigation at this time.
