  A high school running back has been arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge after he allegedly kicked a teammate in the groin during practice.He is accused of kicking the 16-year-old intentionally.   A 74-year-old Tyler man is dead after his car crashed into a tree on Thursday, February 1st. Investigators say the man was in the 500 Bock of North Border when his vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a tree.Emergency crews transported the driver to Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The car accident is still under investigation at this time.
